Meet Dr. Roger Lee, D.C.

Dr. Roger Lee graduated from University of California Irvine (UCI) with degree in biological science.  He received Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences (formerly known as Los Angeles College of Chiropractic).  Dr. Lee has been practicing in the beautiful city of Irvine for the past 20 years and has helped thousands of patients.  “Nearly all of our patients are from referral from other past patients.  This is the highest compliment that patients can give us.”

Dr. Lee enjoys all sports especially basketball and is an avid Lakers fan.  “Up until few years ago, I used to joke with my younger patients that their treatments would be free if they could beat me in a game of one on one.”  Dr. Lee also has a green thumb, as proven by his vibrant collections of fruit trees in the backyard.  “Plants are life and I would ensure that all are healthy and strong.  This is the same approach I have for all of my patients.”

My Philosophies

Family – A tight family is the essential source of happiness.  At the end of workday, I, like most people, cannot wait to get home to see my wife and kids. I know that everything is worth it.

Balance – Life is about finding an equilibrium that works for you, especially when it comes to sleep, posture, exercise, and nutrition. For exercises, I usually recommend a mix of aerobic (such as swimming), stretching (such as yoga) and strengthening (such as resistance).

Practice – ….my favorite English word.  My work philosophy is to practice.  Diligent practice allows me to remain humble because knowledge is infinite and learning has no bounds.  I always seek to strive forward and never want to feel that I already know it all.

Kindness – Treat everyone truthfully and respectfully, regardless of age, sex, race, religion or position.  I always begin my introduction with: “Hi, my name is Dr. Roger Lee but please, just call me Roger.”  I wish to shorten the distance between my patient and I; I want my patient to feel sincerity and know that I am a facilitator to their health. When I see my patients free of pain, I know that everything I'm doing is worth it.

“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.”

— B.K.S. Iyengar
